I first began seeing treatment for a bulging discs L5 thru L7.  Due to my bulging dics I was having intensive pain in my lower back and righht leg.  My sysmptoms first began about 4 years ago while I was cleaning my house, I moved a coffee table picked it up twisted and turned my upper body to set it down.  It was only about 60 Lbs. or so not thinking anything of it.  As soon as I knew that I was hurt for lefting the table I went to see my doctor at group health and he put me on Demerol for the pain.  He also advised me to ice and see PT.  I did has he reccomended
but they pain was still not going away.  So, then my daughter reccomended me going to see Dr. Szigety at Alderwood Back and Neck Pain Clinic.  In just 12 treatments I started to feel the relief of pain in both my back as well as in my leg.  I also had a foot drag which is totally gone now.  The most important complaint was that I was not able to sleep thru the night and now I can sleep with out getting up due to pain.  Dr. Szigety has helped changed my life for the better, I trully feel like a new man with out any pain.

I was first refered to Dr. Szigety from Carlos D. my interpreter for my L & I case.  I was hurt on the job, and my case manager asked that I go and see a Chiropractor to help relieve my pain.  I was also sent to PT and Massage theripy.  Most my pain was in my lower back due to some disc problems for all my heavy lifting at work.  I use to have consistant sorness and with Dr. Szigety help my soreness have gone away, I feel that with both Chiropractic and Massage  my pain has clamed down and I will be able to go back to work soon.  With the Dept. of Labor and Industries being so difficult to work with Dr. Szigety has help with that pain as well.  Both him and his staff are more then happy to help me with any paper work so that my claim can get taken care of.  I would  reccomend anyone with an L&I work injury to come see Dr. Szigety and his staff.
